Three IP Office Editions to Meet Your Distinct Business Needs

Choose from the Essential, Preferred or Advanced Edition of IP Office to get just the right combination of  capabilities for your business.

These differing editions add to the 400 features the Avaya IP Office phone system comes standard with. Essential Edition for example adds on board messaging without needing a PC or server. This messaging card provides in queue messages, auto-attendant and voicemail for all staff (even voicemail to email).

Preferred Edition builds on Essential Edition by including more sophisticated call routing, password protection for conferences and call recording. It also enables synchronization of voicemails sent to your email inbox with the message wait lamp on the handset. Preferred Edition also enables One-X Portal users to manipulate all voicemail through the browser( Internet Explorer, Mozilla, Safari etc). The One-X Portal licences (Office Worker, Teleworker and Power User) are covered in more detail below. Note the support of Mozilla and Safari makes the Avaya IP Office One-X Apple Mac friendly!

Advanced Edition of IP Office builds on the advanced call routing capabilities provided in the Preferred Edition and bundles in a number of applications which build on this theme. Advanced Edition includes CCR, ContactStore and IVR with text to speech.

Customer Call Reporter (CCR) is a call centre application and provides real time and historical reporting. CCR enables a small business to track and measure customer service and agent productivity levels.

ContactStore complements the voice recording capabilities of Preferred Edition. It stores and catalogues the recordings so that they are easily accessible. Any recordings that you instruct Preferred Edition to “send to the Voice Recording Library” are placed in a folder that is visible to ContactStore.

The IVR and text to speech licences provide the opportunity to integrated back to third party databases.  For example, a customer may want to find out their account balance or place an order. Text To Speech  then enables the system to read information back to callers.
