text to speech.

Customer Call Reporter (CCR)
is a call centre application and provides real time and
historical reporting. CCR enables a small business to
track and measure customer service and agent
productivity levels.
ContactStore complements the
voice recording capabilities of Preferred Edition. It
stores and catalogues the recordings so that they are
easily accessible. Any recordings that you instruct
Preferred Edition to “send to the Voice Recording
Library” are placed in a folder that is visible to
ContactStore.
The IVR and text to speech
licences provide the opportunity to integrated back to
third party databases. For example, a customer may
want to find out their account balance or place an
order. Text To Speech then enables the system to
read information back to callers.
