The Software Communication System supports the Avaya 1200 IP Desk phone Series, which has multiple soft keys, an integrated speakerphone, advanced audio-quality, headset support, and an integrated Ethernet switch. Industry leading phones from the Polycom SoundPoint and SoundStation portfolios are also supported

Hardware Platforms

Gateways and Data Infrastructure
Connect analogue devices like fax machines or digital trunks using industry standard SIP
gateways such as Avaya Secure Router 2330 or Audio codes. 
The Software Communication System also supports Avaya and industry standard routers and Ethernet switches.
