Our help desk is manned business hours Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. eastern standard time.

The Help Desk uses leading edge help desk software Heat from Frontrange. Heat makes it easy to track customer requests through the process to ensure we meet our Service Level Agreements.

We equip each client’s phone system or server with diagnostic equipment that enables our experts to resolve many day-to-day problems remotely without the need for on-site attendance. Our help desk operates during business hours, with on-site support agreements tailored to suit the opening hours of your business.
