Matthew Murray

National Sales Manager and General Manager of Victoria

A kiwi by birth, Matt has been with CTI from the very start. Now an active shareholder in the business, Matt manages CTI Victoria and is responsible for sales nationally. With a young family, Matt enjoys spending quiet weekends with his wife and son and travelling as much as possible.

Alan McCrindle

Co-founder and ShoreTel Practice Lead

After starting out as a Chemical Engineer, Strategy Consultant with Boston Consulting Group, Private Equity Executive and CEO of World Expeditions, Alan co-founded CTI Solutions. When he is not working on the business, Alan is actively involved in working with strategic accounts. Outside of CTI, Alan runs his Yoga School, plays tennis and enjoys the adrenalin of racing BMX.

Peter McCrindle

Co-founder and Managing Director

Born and raised in Zimbabwe, Peter was always eager to broaden his horizons and explore the world. After travelling and living abroad, Peter finally settled in Australia in the early 90s where CTI was founded. Apart from spending time with his wife and three kids, Peter’s idea of fun usually involves speed, especially motorbike riding in the Aussie bush.

Chris Isles

Chief Operating Officer

Chris is a highly motivated and passionate worker, keen to use and implement his knowledge about a wide range of products. Having been with CTI for 13 years, Chris shows his experience by consistently developing the best solutions for customers. When he’s not working with the rest of the team, Chris is playing sport whether that be physically or online.

Neo Jiang

Chief Technical Officer

Neo is an IT Guru who is helping CTI to transform into the digital world. His endless qualifications include certificates for Microsoft MCSE, Skype for Business and Office 365 as well as experience at Avaya and Cisco managing major global accounts. Outside of CTI, Neo loves basketball and is just as skilled playing it on his PlayStation.

Tim Dixon

National Projects Leader

From initial customer engagement, to the final transitioning of customer support models, Tim facilitates the entire process. With a dogged attitude, attention to detail and passion to share knowledge with colleagues, Tim manages CTI’s technical department nationally.
